This Côtes du Rhône Nos Belles Rives has very pleasant tasting notes of syrah, mourverde, carignan ans grenache grape.
The robe is cherry deep burlat with still beautiful purple reflections marking its freshness.
The nose, immediately very expressive, is less conventional than usual with a dominant on spices and wild herbs and a fruity background that only reveals itself after a first approach. A slightly tertiary bottom (bitumen, tobacco, orange peel) harmoniously binds everything.
The mouth is of a classic style and faithful to the heritage. Silky, full-bodied, long with a permanent freshness that makes it all the more greedy as the tannic structure is slightly less marked on this 2011 vintage. We find the aromas of the nose with a superb final peacock tail on the spicy red fruits .
