Description

After picking apples, apples are mixed. Apple juice is obtained by pulverizing and fruit pomace, purified to the fermentation at a low temperature (between 3 and 5 °C) for slow fermentation and aromatic. Before storing the residual sugar is very important, fermentation is stopped by filtration then cider reaches about 2%.
